General Information

  • A referral is often not required. You can book an appointment directly. However, some insurance plans may require a referral letter from a GP to process your claim, so please check with your provider.

  • Yes. Our specialists and medical staff are proficient in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin to ensure clear communication with all our patients

  • Please bring:

    • Your HK ID card or passport

    • Any referral letter (if you have one)

    • All relevant medical records, X-rays, MRI or CT scan reports and films 

    • A list of your current medications

  • We prioritize conservative management where possible. Options include:

    • Medication

    • Injection Therapy (corticosteroid, hyaluronic acid, PRP)

    • Custom Orthotics and Bracing

    • Physiotherapy

  • Our surgeons have admitting rights at all major private hospitals in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Sanatorium Hospital, Adventist Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, St. Paul's, and Matilda International Hospital. The choice of hospital can be based on your insurance coverage and personal preference.

  • We can provide a referral for an MRI scan at a dedicated imaging centre or private hospital. Most insurance plans cover MRI scans when medically necessary and referred by a specialist, but pre-authorization may be required.

  • Please contact our clinic for precise pricing.

  • Yes. After your consultation and diagnosis, we can provide a detailed, transparent cost estimate for the recommended surgical procedure, including the surgeon's fee, anaesthetist's fee, hospital charges, and implant costs.

  • You can make an appointment by phone or through our clinic  WhatsApp. We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
