Nicole’s Background
After graduating with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia, I spent three years working in the NHS where I gained extensive experience across both inpatient and community setting. During this time, I treated a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic conditions, neurological conditions, and paediatric conditions, building a solid clinical foundation and a deep understanding of complex presentations.
I am passionate about helping people recover efficiently, return to activities they enjoy, and prevent future injuries. This passion led me to back to Hong Kong, working in a private clinic where I focused on delivering personalised and results-driven physiotherapy.
My treatment approach is finding the root cause of your pain and treating you as a person, rather than just addressing your symptoms. I take time to understand your goals and clearly explaining your condition and treatment plan to make sure you feel confident and involved in your recovery process.
What is the most fulfilling part of this job?
The most fulfilling part of my job is seeing people get better with improved function and regained confidence. I enjoy helping patients return to the activities that they love.
What are your personal interests?
I enjoy a wide range of sports, including badminton, swimming, kayaking, and orienteering. Having competed in badminton, I understand the frustration of sports injuries and the strong desire to return to peak performance safely and efficiently.
I also like travelling and trying out new restaurants.
