Tell us about your background in physiotherapy.
I hold a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPU), and since graduating, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience across diverse clinical settings. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from sedentary desk workers managing chronic neck and back pain, to neurological patients requiring targeted rehabilitation, elderly individuals focusing on mobility and fall prevention, as well as active marathon runners and pole dancers addressing sport-specific injuries.
My passion lies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a focus on chronic pain management, mobility and performance optimization, and clinical Pilates. I take an integrative approach in my sessions, incorporating acupuncture, manual therapy, taping, and movement exploration to address limitations, build strength, and promote pain-free function. I particularly enjoy blending evidence-based rehabilitation with functional training to support long-term performance in both sports and daily life.
One of the most fulfilling parts of my work is witnessing clients transform from frustration and pain to confident, empowered movement. Whether it’s a desk worker reaching overhead without discomfort or a pole dancer regaining control for their next routine, I value guiding each person through a process of self-discovery—helping them understand their movement patterns, adapt effectively, and unlock their potential. To me, rehabilitation is a partnership, built on trust, clarity, and sustainable progress.
Beyond the clinic, I genuinely love pole dancing—it continually challenges my mobility, strength, and body awareness, and directly shapes how I approach rehabilitation. I also stay consistent with gym training and Pilates to maintain my own functional movement. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and drawing inspiration from different cultures and experiences.
