Tell us about your background in physiotherapy.
As a physiotherapist and dedicated practitioner of Pilates and Gyrotonics, my rehabilitation approach is defined by a blend of clinical expertise and a passion for movement.
My belief in these methods is deeply personal—after sustaining several severe injuries through horse riding and skiing, I used the integrative practices of GYROTONIC and Pilates to successfully rehabilitate my own body.
I have extensive working experience across different settings including private hospitals, NGO in child development and exercise studios, and with all clients I have encountered across age groups in different musculoskeletal conditions, they have deepened my empathy as a clinician and reinforced my mission: to bridge classic physiotherapy with movement control. By integrating stability and mobility, I hope to empower my patients to rediscover their strength and achieve long-term vitality through effortless and pain free motions.
Alongside my profession, as a mother of two, I am deeply passionate about supporting women and children through every stage of life, with a dedicated focus on pre and postpartum care as well as paediatrics. My clinical expertise also includes a specialization in treating scoliosis of all age
