Tell us about your background in physiotherapy.

I am a Hong Kong Registered Physiotherapist who was originally trained in Australia. I have almost six years of physiotherapy experience in private practice, with extensive clinical experience in musculoskeletal, sports, orthopaedic, and vestibular rehabilitation. Before relocating back to Hong Kong, I worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in a private clinic in Brisbane.

I have a clinical interest in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. My approach combines hands-on treatment, dry needling, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education to provide personalised, evidence-based care. I believe physiotherapy is about more than simply relieving pain — it is about helping people move better, regain confidence, build healthier habits, and return to the activities that are important to them.

I also have a special clinical interest in dizziness, vertigo, and vestibular rehabilitation. With extensive further training in vestibular rehabilitation in Australia, I can assist patients with a range of vestibular conditions, such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular hypofunction, vestibular migraine, and persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD).

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing patients progress from being limited by pain or injury to regaining their movement, independence, and confidence, and ultimately returning to the sports and activities they enjoy. I enjoy working closely with patients to understand their individual goals, develop personalised treatment plans, and create practical rehabilitation strategies that can be incorporated into their everyday lives.

Outside of physiotherapy, I enjoy playing soccer, staying active, and reading. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants and places with my wife.
